  • ADPay may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Verification & Compliance

As a regulated financial service provider, ADPay may require identity verification documents including:

  • Government-issued ID (Passport, Driving License, National ID)
  • Proof of address
  • Source of funds or income information (if required by law)

ADPay complies with AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) regulations.

4. Money Transfers & Fees

  • Transfer fees, delivery times, and available payment methods may vary based on country and partner networks.
  • Exchange rates are subject to change and may fluctuate without notice.
  • ADPay is not responsible for delays caused by external banking or compliance checks.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Transfers that have already been delivered or collected cannot be cancelled.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the transfer status and applicable laws.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on bank processing times.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use ADPay services for:

  • Fraud, scams, or illegal financial activity
  • Money laundering or tax evasion
  • Transactions that violate financial or international sanctions

7. Limitation of Liability

ADPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our responsibility is limited to the amount of the transaction affected.

8. Amendments

ADPay may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
